In most cases, the OM will discuss the complaint directly with the individual who submitted the claim. In most cases, following an established policy at this practice, the OM will seek responses from all parties involved. In most cases, the OM will seek evidence.
The staff Members are expected to report any concerns or incidences that they believe may negatively affect patient care, workflow, business operation, or staff members. Reporting must be driven by a genuine concern rather than a designer to damage or retaliate. Any attempt to retaliate against a whistleblower may result in disciplinary action that may include termination of employment.
Complaints against the OM Will be addressed professionally and shall not result in any retaliatory action and will not negatively impact the employee who submits the complaint.
